Daniela Bláhová, IČO: 09942912, with registered office at Palackého 108, 281 01 Velim, as the operator of the website located at the internet address: https://www.danieladesign.net/, (hereinafter referred to as "DANIELADESIGN"), and as the administrator of personal data, As a so-called data subject, we hereby allow you to be informed about the manner and extent of processing of personal data by DANIELADESIGN, including the extent of your rights related to the processing of your personal data by DANIELADESIGN.

1. What personal data about you does DANIELADESIGN process?  DANIELADESIGN processes in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation personal data; hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and further in accordance with the relevant national legislation in the field of personal data protection, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, which you provide to DANIELADESIGN in connection with using its services (e.g. as part of ordering services via the contact form or signing up for newsletters):

• Name and surname;  E-mail;  Telephone number;  DANIELADESIGN further processes the data it obtains from you when you use its services.  IP address;  Cookies;  Browser and Device Data;  Geographic data obtained from cookies;  Or another online identifier  DANIELADESIGN processes this personal data only in accordance with the purposes listed below and to the extent and for the time necessary to fulfill these stated purposes.

a) Zpracování osobních údajů v souvislosti s vedením zákaznického účtu

• Pokud jste se zaregistroval jako uživatel na www.danieladesign.cz, DANIELADESIGN zpracovává Vaše osobní údaje, a to za účelem vedení zákaznického účtu. 

• V případě vedení zákaznického účtu DANIELADESIGN shromažďuje a zpracovává osobní údaje subjektu údajů v rozsahu – jméno a příjmení, e-mailová adresa, telefonní číslo.

 

d) Processing of personal data for sending the newsletter (business communication)  • If you register your e-mail to subscribe to newsletters, DANIELADESIGN will process your personal data in the scope - e-mail address on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending offer e-mails and other business communications via electronic means in accordance with the law No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended. DANIELADESIGN will only start processing your Personal Data after you have registered your e-mail for receiving newsletters at www.danieladesign.cz and then completed the registration by confirming your consent to the processing of personal data in the delivered e-mail message. If the registration is not completed in the above manner, your e-mail address will be deleted without unnecessary delay.  • In the case of existing customers, DANIELADESIGN may process your personal data to the extent - name, surname, e-mail address for the above purpose based on the legal title of legitimate interest.

 

e) Processing customer data with consent for marketing and business purposes  • If you give your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes, DANIELADESIGN will process your personal data to the extent of - name, surname, gender, age, e-mail address, IP address and location derived from it, data obtained from cookie files and similar technologies, data relating to purchases made, browser and device data and possibly other online identifiers, primarily for the purpose of creating a suitable offer of goods and services of DANIELADESIGN or third parties and in connection with contacting the customer, through all means of internet advertising and in the form of electronic communication used to send personalized offer e-mails, targeted advertising and other commercial communications via electronic means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended.

 

f) Use of cookies and website analysis  • If you use the DANIELADESIGN website, you agree to the collection of cookies that DANIELADESIGN uses on its website in order to improve the functioning of its website, to evaluate its traffic and to optimize marketing activities, i.e. offering advertising for goods based on the evaluation of your interest.  • If you do not agree to the collection of some or all cookies, you can prevent their collection by changing the settings of your internet browser.

 

3. How long do we process your personal data?  • In the event that DANIELADESIGN processes personal data on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes or by sending business communications via electronic means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, personal data will be processed for 5 years or until you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, this does not affect the processing of your personal data by DANIELADESIGN for other purposes and on the basis of other legal titles, in accordance with this Information on the processing of personal data.

4. Who will have access to your personal data?  In addition to DANIELADESIGN and its employees, personal data may also be processed by DANIELADESIGN's partners to ensure the purposes described above. DANIELADESIGN carefully selects external partners who, as processors, can process your personal data and entrusts personal data only to those who provide sufficient guarantees of ensuring appropriate technical and organizational measures, in particular to prevent accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure transmitted, stored or otherwise processed personal data, or unauthorized access to them.

Other entities that may have access to your personal data are or may be in the future:  • persons who ensure the technical operation of a certain service for DANIELADESIGN or technology operators that DANIELADESIGN uses for these services (typically programming or other technical support services, server services, sending e-mails, services related to the measurement of traffic to our sites and adapting their content to preferences users); 

• persons who have placed elements on the DANIELADESIGN website that enable the collection of personal data or the monitoring of the behavior of users of these pages (usually, however, in a so-called pseudonymized form, i.e. without the possibility of obtaining direct identification data), i.e. especially persons who analyze the traffic of our websites through cookies , and operators of advertising systems in connection with targeted advertising carried out using data on the purchase made and data obtained from cookie files (including remarketing).  DANIELADESIGN is also obliged to transfer some of your personal data on the basis of valid legal regulations, e.g. to state administration authorities, courts, law enforcement authorities in connection with possible administrative, criminal and civil court proceedings.

What rights do you have in relation to the processing of personal data by DANIELADESIGN?  As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:  • The right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (if the processing is based on consent, i.e. e.g. consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes; the processing of data from cookie files can be prevented by setting your internet browser);  • The right to access personal data (the right to request information as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed by DANIELADESIGN, and if so, you have the right to obtain access to this personal data and to other information according to Article 15 of the Regulation) ;  • The right to data portability (the right to receive personal data relating to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another controller; and the right to have personal data transferred directly from one controller to another controller , if technically feasible);  • The right to correction (the right to demand that DANIELADESIGN correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay);
